Estimates provided by Pico Rivera Concrete are based on information available at the time of assessment. A written estimate is not a final contract until both parties have signed a project agreement. Estimates are subject to change if:
Any changes to the original scope or price will be communicated to the customer in writing before additional work proceeds.
Project start dates are scheduled after a signed agreement and, where required, a valid permit are in place. We will make reasonable efforts to begin work on the agreed date. Delays due to weather, permit processing, material availability, or other circumstances outside our control may result in rescheduling. We will notify the customer as promptly as possible in such cases.
Customers who need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project must notify Pico Rivera Concrete in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover mobilization and preparation costs. The specific terms of any cancellation fee will be stated in the project agreement.
Payment terms are set out in the project agreement and vary based on project size and scope. In general:
Invoices not paid within the time stated in the project agreement may accrue a late fee. Customers are responsible for any collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees, if payment is not made and collection action becomes necessary.
Where required by local ordinance, Pico Rivera Concrete will apply for the appropriate building permits on behalf of the customer before work begins. Permit fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be included in the project estimate or billed at cost. The customer is responsible for disclosing any HOA restrictions, easements, setback requirements, or other property-specific conditions that may affect the scope or approval of work.Pico Rivera Concrete is not liable for delays or changes required as a result of undisclosed restrictions or conditions.

Pico Rivera Concrete warrants that work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Specific warranty terms, including duration and coverage, will be stated in the project agreement.

If a dispute arises in connection with our services or these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Pico Rivera Concrete directly in writing at the email or address listed below. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed upon arbitration service, or through the appropriate court in Los Angeles County, California, as the parties elect. Class action claims are not permitted.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of CA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings related to these Terms will be conducted in Los Angeles County, California.
